All racks systems come with heat and tubs (most prices include shipping). Custom sizes and configurations are available. Oversized racks available for delivery at Kalamazoo and Taylor Michigan shows, or can be picked up here. Discounts are available for orders of three or more in any combination. All racks are available in white or black. All racks are built when you place your order and are usually shipped within one week of payment. These racks are made of 1/4 inch expanded PVC sheet material that is approximately half the weight of solid PVC. Expanded PVC is durable and hard wearing under many adverse conditions and resists most chemicals and water. It has a porous interior and hard smooth surface that is fire retardant, easy to clean and looks attractive. We have been using this material for a few years now and have never experienced any mold or mildew problems like you can sometimes experience with wooden or melamine racks. These racks can be stacked 3 high. All heated racks come with 11 inch, 20 watt per foot, flexwatt installed on the inside back wall extending just an inch or so onto the bottom of the rack. One strip is installed on the shoebox rack and 2 strips on the sweaterbox. This is sufficient to raise the temperatures in the back of the box approximately 13-16 degrees above room temperature.(As an option we also offer a flexwatt with twice the heat output, please inquire) These racks are ready to plug in.
