Natures Spirit Snake Shacks will, at its option, replace or repair any defect in materials or manufacturing within 1 year. For warranty service contact Natures Spirit Snake Shacks at www.nsreptiles.com. If it is determined that the unit needs to be returned for warranty service, the return shipping will be paid by Natures Spirit. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or damage from improper wiring or installation of optional components. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Natures Spirit liability on any claim for damages arising out of or in connection with the manufacture, sale, installation, delivery, or use of the unit shall never exceed the purchase price of the unit.
This warranty shall override all others, express or implied.
Natures Spirit does not warranty any of the optional electrical components of this unit.
